MOASH AF Board of Directors

Divya is a Williams Scholar at Michigan State University pursuing dual degrees in Physiology and Psychology. She serves on MOASH's MY Voice Youth Council and is a member of the organization's Youth Advocacy Team, where she works to elevate young voices in conversations surrounding reproductive and sexual health policy. Beyond her work with MOASH, Divya is a Senior Fellow with the Joyce Ivy Foundation, supporting initiatives that expand educational access and opportunities for young women across the Midwest.

She is passionate about reproductive health equity, addressing disparities in women's health, and empowering young people to drive meaningful change in their communities and beyond.

Laura is the Director of Education at Planned Parenthood of the Great Northwest, Hawai’i, Alaska, Indiana and Kentucky. During her eight years at PPGNHAIK she also managed the IN·clued Program, an evidence-based LGBTQ+-centered sexual health education program delivered across the United States. Prior to working in the field of sex education, Laura worked at the Los Angeles LGBT Center where she managed a voter persuasion deep canvassing program focusing on issues such as same-sex marriage, transgender-inclusive non-discrimination laws, and abortion access.

Laura relocated to the Midwest in 2021 and lives in Ann Arbor with her partner and their dog, Kaia.
